A hybrid growth between the nature of the countryside inherited from my mother’s family and the entrepreneurial spirit of my father’s lineage.
I do not come from the city. I grew up in the countryside of the Marche region, in a world made of animals, silences, and simple rituals where nature was my first teacher.
Little study, much exploration, the body as a compass and instinct as a guide: from an early age I developed an empirical approach to life: observe, experiment, adapt. A balance between creativity and practicality that today is the foundation of my transformative method.
This dual inheritance continues to shape who I am and how I operate today. On my mother’s side my grandparents were farmers and artisans, rooted in the land and in the value of creating with their own hands. From them comes a form of wisdom that is not taught, but lived — a natural intelligence built through presence, repetition, and direct experience.
On my father’s side, that same foundation evolves into vision and structure. The entrepreneurial lineage I come from represents the ability to organize, build, and expand — to transform intuition into something tangible, scalable, and impactful.

For nearly two decades, I immersed myself in a deliberate path of inner exploration.
I studied and experienced psychology and NLP, developing a deep understanding of the architecture of the mind and the mechanisms that shape perception and behavior. Through family constellations, I explored ancestral patterns and systemic dynamics, uncovering the invisible threads that influence our lives.
My journey led me into quantum physics, where I found a bridge between science and the mystical — a deeper framework to understand reality beyond the visible. At the same time, I immersed myself in tantra and alchemy, learning the principles of embodied transformation and the integration of polarities through direct experience. Shamanic traditions grounded this path even further, reconnecting me with nature’s intelligence, ancient rituals, and a more primal way of knowing.
But the deeper I went, the clearer my compass became: truth must be lived, wisdom must be embodied and transformation must be practical.
Presence became my discipline, nature became my teacher and reality my grounding. During these years of exploration, I was never interested in escaping life in search of enlightenment — I was interested in aligning with it.

The old world gave me the language. The new world gave me the message. Over time, I became the bridge between the two.
What began as an inner path evolved into a broader field of action — across systems, institutions, and innovation. I moved from personal exploration into the architecture of global ecosystems, contributing to the evolution of business, technology, and creative industries through collaborations with international organizations and academic institutions.
Entrepreneurship became a natural extension of this path. I learned how to build, grow, and lead companies across different scales and markets.
Among the ventures I founded, Italian Artisan stands as a defining milestone.
Built from my home and grown into a venture-backed, million-dollar company, redefining how Italian craftsmanship connects with global markets. More than a business, it became a signal — inspiring a shift across the Italian and European manufacturing ecosystem, where tradition and innovation meet at scale.
This experience led me to operate at an institutional level, contributing to policy frameworks and strategic initiatives around SME clusters, economic complexity, and digital transformation. My work is centred on understanding how systems can evolve organically, scale with coherence, and adapt within increasingly complex global environments — in alignment with nature and local communities.
At the same time, I have brought this vision into academia, contributing to the development of new models of leadership for future generations. As a visiting professor and lecturer across international universities and master programs, I teach at the intersection of innovation, production systems, and future-oriented design — from entrepreneurship to supply chain evolution, to the integration of technology within creative and manufacturing processes.
In a world driven by hyper-technology, artificial intelligence and constant acceleration, my work and my transmission is rooted evolution.
I believe the new model of leadership is made by example and forged by experience. I don’t reject progress and I don’t believe in spiritual escapism — but embodied integration: nature and business, spirituality and impact, purpose and profit, strength and presence.
I have guided hundreds of individuals through transformative journeys, personal and corporate. Today I serve as a mentor and strategic guide for high-potential men and teams ready to align performance with identity.
We live in an era of unlimited information and disinformation. What truly matters now is responsibility for our actions, our energy, our being. I decided to embrace my talent, my gift and my experience to help people remember who they are, evolve with integrity, return home without abandoning their ambition, and serve others with true impact for the new world.
