Natasha had talent, with years of experience, vision and skills gathered around it. She felt the time had come to build something that truly reflected her. For too long she had adapted, trimmed and held herself back to fit environments that spoke a language not her own. She had built a career, yes… but at what cost? How many pieces of herself had she left behind? The distance between who she was and what she did had become impossible to ignore.

She knew she was ready. She could feel it. Yet every time she tried to give shape to what she carried inside… she got lost. She tried different paths, followed fragmented programs, scattered into a thousand ideas. She just could not move: too much urgency, no structure, no guidance, and the fear of getting it wrong. Meanwhile, others with less depth were already moving, selling and growing.

At that time I was doing business coaching, and that is how we started: positioning, offer, clients. The business was moving. But session after session I watched something else move first, something underneath the strategy and the tactics. Every time we touched who she really was, how she was made, what life had already trained in her, the business decisions became obvious on their own.

That is when I became aware that I was not accompanying a business. I was watching a person come back into alignment with her own talent, and the business was simply the first place it showed.

Natasha did not leave with a business strategy. She left aligned with what she is, and built from there. The woman on the right is the same woman as the one on the left, finally building from her own place.

The old paradigm

In the old paradigm, what I call the “star model”, the entrepreneur is at the centre, bright but besieged. Pulled in a thousand directions: marketing, sales, management, numbers, logistics. Always chasing, controlling, fragmenting. The Ego gets stronger but the Soul grows distant.

For years, I was like that too. Always pushing, fighting in the trenches every day, forcing everything… until my body collapsed and forced me to stop.

It was in that forced pause, in the silence of a hospital room, that I began to see with new eyes, and understood a truth few people tell you:

“You cannot build anything truly lasting outside yourself until you find grounding within yourself.”

From there, the new vision was born: an evolutionary methodology built around the person, not on top of them.
